BINGE ENTRY: Food Thoughts

Things with food have been equally good and bad. I have had urges to binge but they haven't been urges of epic proportions which has made them manageable. Those minor urges to binge only become an issue when I'm on my own for 4 ours or so. Once I am on my own the food thoughts kick in and I find it hard.

There is an improvement with the food thoughts though. When I hit the shops for a binge my eyes are always bigger than my stomach and I end up buying a whole bag of junk...but yesterday I picked up 3 things and then my rational mind was saying to the binge obsessed mind "Do you really need more?" "Are you really going to eat all that?" With those thoughts I was able to minimize the damage. I still consumed a lot of calories but it wasnt as bad. Still feel like a whale though.
