Belief: yes, it happened!
Belief: I am stirred
deep down in my soul that
Christ came, arose on earth!
Received: full redemption!
Received: so I have learned
the sound of “Forgiven!”
Christ came, to cleanse me here.
Glad tidings of Heaven:
goodwill to those who please
God by full repentance,
confessing, “We believe!”
Belief: He brings justice.
Received: healing, his peace.
Profound: Father’s mercy
destroys captivity.
What’s bound on earth, in Heaven
God’s will shall cause to cease,
the tide of sin thus altered,
strong shackles torn to free.
