Because Of You

Whatever may in life, go wrong
Though stormy winds may brew
I’ll dance and sing Salvation’s song
My God, because of You!

Because, my soul You’ve set on fire
My heart’s no longer stone
Since Heaven’s Way is my desire
My walk is not alone

Now Your Word is always with me
Life’s Guide, resides inside
The living Truth has set me free
On Heaven’s Wind to ride

I dread not death, nor fear hell
Now cleansed of sin and shame
Knowing my precious soul is well
Through Jesus’ blood and name

You are my Rock, my Hiding Place
My Stay, my Safety Rope
Knowing one day I’ll see Your face
In life! I’ll always cope

I’ll smile, I’ll laugh , I’ll weep and cry
May fail, but never fall
I’ll rise, the self same day I die
Because You; are my all

Because You Lord God are all I need
My wants are in Your hand
Beyond my faith, You far exceed
More than I understand

I love Your grace, Your grace to love
You’re serious, funny too
