I once read that according to Michael Angelo,-- a sculptor who views a piece of marble looks for the beauty, and for possibility within it. The sculptor’s goal is to reveal the treasure within the piece. We start out a rough sort of material but only God sees the beauty within. He shapes us without tools but through His spirit. if we will welcome and submit to His gentle touch. Our Heavenly Father is a God of the past, present, and future. This is love above which there is no other! It is the very essence of our Heavenly Father. WOW My head is still spinning at the mere contemplation of it all. To think that despite our very nature He see's all the possibilites, the treasures inside us that we don't. He never quits us even when we cause Him pain. (wedding clothes- Rev 3:5 NIV)
