I had a beautiful day today. I went to the soup kitchen with Caleb this morning. It was very soothing to me. I helped put away dishes and put away food. I was blessed by the helpers and nuns today.
I when I came home took a long nap with Caleb. He has been suffering some because of how I have been feeling. I have been having nightmares about being harmed physically by my torturers again. He is hurting that I am hurting. The Lord told me He is protecting me and He knows my pain. Caleb held me as I took a long nap today. I had my doll May in my arms while I slept.
I prayed today about the ending of torture. It hurt my heart that people have been tortured. I know the world will one day heal of torture completely and find peace and healing. I know the Lord will heal all torture victims and soothe their beautiful hearts.
