Hey journal, pal!
I'm so happy that I'm celebrating Advent this year, and I hope I can continue celebrating it for the rest of my life. The Church has called it a time of conversion, and that's exactly what it has been for me. Never before have I experience a time where I feel closer to Jesus, and never have I felt more far from my own sins.
I've been living wonderful weeks where the forgiveness of God is real, where His grace is tangible, where I can feel His warm, holy presence, and there is nothing on earth better than that! It's my prayer that this time will be a starting point for many things to come, specifically in my service to Him, wherever He calls me.
Well, gotta go. There's a blackout and I can't drain the laptop's battery this early.
