Some people are miserable because of their actions. If you act effeminate, then you'll become scared and feel miserable. If you don't stand up for yourself against someone who wants you to suffer then you'll feel miserable. Also, if you act miserable then people are going to treat you miserable.
Tip: Act more masculine and played video games in harder difficulties to feel less effeminate. Playing easy mode all the time or a long time won't help.
