A WORD FROM HELL

Love is a many splendid thing

So the song may ring out

But who in hell, this fact will sing

Burning, in rage not shout


Did Heaven not see me trying?

Were saints alone out there?

Would I, have not been applying

Knowing what pain I'll bear?


Heed well, souls bewildered living

Knowing not right from wrong

If other's you're not forgiving

How can you, sing life's song


True Life's of true love breathing

Ones selfishness aside

Whilst living, dying bequeathing

Through Christ, reigning inside


But living as I did with fools

Ignorant, just the same

Mocking, disobeying Life's rules

Forever to burn in shame


Though nought will I gain telling you

Though wisdom, long while failed

The living Christ one should pursue

In hell not to be jailed


What would I do, to be reborn

Know as I do today

'Till, beyond life's ultimate dawn

I'd live, walking God's Way


While you today, have freedom still

Time is fast growing late

Nothing can kill a person's will

Consider well my! fate.....
