I had heard a tune & some lyrics that was played as background music in one of the closing scenes on Smallville: a TV show. It was from Green Day entitled "I Walk Alone".
I had bought the CD and copied it on my own home computer to play it whenever I wanted to hear it while I was on it.
Thing was, I was bothered by the lyrics.

So I decided to change the lyrics in my head as I am not alone because Jesus is with me always.
No matter how much I had tried, the lyrics in my head went back to the original. So I removed it from my home computer. When I had done that, it was right after that when the computer started playing that song faintly in the background. I looked all over to find out how that could have happened because I did not push play but delete.
I wondered if it was in my head, and so in testing it, I had walked away and the sound of the music faded away and when I came back, I could hear it as I got closer. I went downstairs and went back to the area of the basement where my desk would be under and I heard the same thing. I got my brother, Matt, whom was living in the basement at that time but he heard nothing.
There has been several other times in my life when I was confronted with the supernatural in relation to music.
One was when I had awaken at 3:15 in the morning and as I was lying there, I heard church bells in the distance. I was able to make out what it was ringing as it was playing "the theme from M.A.S.H.". I had gotten up to wake up my folks but they heard nothing. I went back to bed and plugged my only good ear ( deaf in left ear with tinnitus in right ear ) to make sure I was not hearing it in my head and sure enough, I was not. But several tests later as time wore on, I finally did hear it in my head and so I began praying to Jesus for help. Eventually, in spite of my fretting, it I did fall asleep., but it did go away as I had not heard it in the morning upon awakening. BUT that morning on the news, I was informed that the original title to the theme from M.A.S.H was "Suicide Is Painless".
I had thanked the Lord that the creepy church bells went away.
Another one when I was living away from the home I grew up in, was when I heard a high school band playing while I was laying in bed. I looked out my apartment window and saw nothing to indicate the source of the song which was a battle theme before the game starts.
I did not know it at that time, but I was going to be confronted with a moral crisis of not wanting the person that I love and she had departed from faith & started living with a guy and so I was led astray figuring there was something wrong with me for not wanting the person I honestly loved, blaming myself for her downfall because my love profitted her nor me nothing for not wanting her. Needless to say I would never have wanted her when she was so young, but yet I had thought something was wrong with me for not wanting anyone period so that my love would be of value to anyone.
So I did the wrong thing and sown to the flesh to have that natural affection towards women. STUPID.
The Lord delivered me out of that mess. It took a long time too. But I am grateful for the Lord for being my Good Shepherd in delivering me from that corruption and for keeping me still.
So that was why I had heard that "music" as it was announcing some stupid fiery trial that was about to commence.
The one about the church bells... I am still living it as my life has turned for the worse wherein I might as well be dead, but I take comfort in the Psalms in sharing with their sufferings and with the prophetic dreams since I had been a tot did forewarn me that this was going to happen to tell me that Jesus is still Lord and my getting to know Him & the power of His resurrection as He helps me walk this valley of death is myassurance that He will see me through in being my Friend in keeping me as His friend.
Anyway: getting back to music: sometimes I believe there is a supernatural attachment to them especially when the words are something the Lord does not want playing around in your head for "entertainment", but the devil does.
1 Corinthians 15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners. 34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

Trust your Good Shepherd to know when certain forms of entertainment is messing with your thoughts & thus your walk with Him to put that "weight" away.
