A True Miracle - I need your thoughts!

Okay, I saw God at work in my life today. It was true divine intervention.

Being a single 15 year old, I recently decided that since the summer was here, and I was alone throughout freshman year, that it was time to look for a relationship.

Well I'm in Florida on vacation, and as you can imagine, I was already eager to meet new people. I prayed in private on the way down, as ridiculous as this sounds, that *the one* would approach me on the day I went to the pool. I'm a shy guy, and my humble 120 pound body isn't particularly outstanding, if you catch my drift.

So for the three days before my one day at the pool, I prayed and did my best to grow a little more muscle.

The day came today. I was nervous, because I honestly was questioning the entire thing, and was certain that God wouldn't follow through. After all, why would He listen to such a small, cliche-teenage request?

But nonetheless, I was sitting in the pool gazing at families in the distance, when a rather attractive girl (that looked to be my age) approached and sat about two feet away from me. There was something that seemed to give a glow to her.

This must sound really stupid, me being only 15 and all, but I need somewhere to go to.

Without saying a word (I'm not sure how to approach girls yet... :mmh: ) we sat together and watched families. The occasional laugh would come from us both as we watched little kids play with their joyous parents. I was just about to say something to her, when they announced an unexpected close to the pool area due to...you know...a little kid not having gone to the bathroom enough.

So we both got out of the pool, and since I was caught off guard, I had no clue how to start a conversation anymore. So I walked back to my seat, and looked around. The girl was actually very close to me.

But my stomach was churning because of such an anticlimactic event, and I decided to take the safe side.

I went to the bathroom and upon returning, she was gone. I honestly can say that God answered my prayers. She technically did approach me, and met all the requests I had prayed for. Except, how was I to know if she really was *the one* or not.

I don't know what to make of it. When I say she sat close to me, I do mean close. I know it must sound really childish, stupid, and unimportant/unlikely, but I don't believe that a coincidence this drastic can occur.

What's everyone's thoughts? I really just don't know what to make of it, and if (although my head says no, my heart says maybe) she was the one, did I really just miss out on meeting my future soulmate?

If God really meant for us to be together, was the timing not right, and He just allowed me to see her? She gave off such a sweet, humble emotional tone (unlike most of modern teenagers), and I just...really wish I hadn't blown it. :o
