While praying this morning, I felt this strong urge from deep within my being to groan, No I was not in pain, but there was something that I felt the Holy Spirit was……feeling, and that there were just no words to express what He was trying to convey, Romans 8:28 – “[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.” [/FONT]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif'] I sat there on the floor weeping uncontrolled, feeling discontentment, loneliness, abandonment, offended. I just could not understand the wave of emotion, I knew that it was not me generating those feelings, I have not been offended, nor am I discontented, lonely or abandoned. No these were coming from the Father, He knows the time is near and there are so many who half walked away from the faith, there are still those who have not heard the gospel, and those whose hearts are hardened. He knows that not everyone will accept His gift, But yet He is not that anyone should perish. [/FONT]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif'] No these were not from an uncaring god, but the very real emotions of a Fathers heart. The one who when a child of His falls and skins their knee drops what He is doing and runs to his child, scoops them up in his arms and whispers in that child’s ear “its ok, daddy is here, I’m going to make it all better. I love you.” I have witnessed to hundreds of people in my life time, and I have heard from many “Where was God when?” or A loving God would not send anyone to hell.” The sad reality is that they are right in part, God does not send anyone to hell, they send themselves. God is a loving God but He also gave us free will, We cannot see the whole picture saints, we see only what our hearts want to see, we are so self righteous that we fail to look at things from Gods point of view.[/FONT]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif'] Yes He loves us but like a good father he also lets us live our lives, He has given the instructions and shows us how to live the way a parent does for their children. But He does not force it on us. The emotion I felt this morning, left quite an impression on my heart, and I felt I needed to share it with you. [/FONT]
