I’m full of joy and richly blessed
Of which I’m never shy
I’ll journey through this world as guest
Until the day I die
Though old and grey and worldly dead
The grave my flesh may see
But souls who’ve eaten Heaven’s bread
Will rise complete and free
Free of sin and eternal wrath
Free through innocent blood
Free to travel Christ’s trodden path
And live the way I should
It’s not too late to change your ways
Seek Jesus’ help on high
Fix on Him your fervent gaze
Or least of all to try
For God can see our troubled soul
The heart of those still blind
Who’ll seek for grace to make them whole
And give them peace of mind
God sees that sin has kept us bound
And lost through Satan’s lies
But still toward His holy ground
He’d have us all to rise
He sees who’ll sleep, who’d search and strive
The fool who lives to gain
But only those will live and thrive
Who’ll drink of Heaven’s Rain
I’m glad I’m of the chosen few
Washed clean in righteous flame
Through Jesus’ love I’m born anew
And life is not the same
Of which I’m never shy
I’ll journey through this world as guest
Until the day I die
Though old and grey and worldly dead
The grave my flesh may see
But souls who’ve eaten Heaven’s bread
Will rise complete and free
Free of sin and eternal wrath
Free through innocent blood
Free to travel Christ’s trodden path
And live the way I should
It’s not too late to change your ways
