So I am starting day 5, and I feel pretty good considering my little booboo yesterday. I weighed myself this morning and have dropped to 125.4kg which is a good result, I think, considering I am only on day 5.
I also found that I could stare at the naughty foods at miss mauds (while waiting for my coffee) without actually wanting any of it, in fact I ended up thinking how sick I would feel after eating any of that stuff. I guess the booboo yesterday assisted with that as well, and learning about what fructose does to the way you brain metabolises and the damage it can do on your liver :/ Hot fatty foods like pie is still an issue though lol.
