On the subject of Latino music, most of the picks I could use come from iTunes' Canción de la Semana feature. Like most of iTunes' freebies, much of the stuff featured there is incredibly throwaway, but every so often there are exceptional tracks offered (neither are they always in Spanish; there have been several notable ones sung completely in English).

My top favorites out of all the ones featured:

The Tender Box - "Mister Sister"
One of those all-English ones I mentioned. Most probably know it as the song playing in that Kinect (or Sharpie) ad, though. Funny thing is, "Mister Sister" was the single for the week of January 4th, 2007, and "¿Quién Eres Tú?" was the single for the week of January 8th, 2008, as reported by the modified dates on the .m4p files downloaded from iTunes.
