Dear sister you are fully forgiven
Heeding guilt and shame creates a bottomless pit underneath you, I've been there myself for years, like you say it is awful.
However God's Loving Truth, Jesus Christ, can get us out of our pain and misery and replace it with His goodness, no matter how low you have to be, His loving Truth is awesome.
I dressed myself with His Word and His undying love over us and have been able to stay out of that horrible pit even when deeply depressed. The hardest part for me has been to love myself and forgiving myself for being mentally ill.
Honestly true, serving Loving Truth instead of being force fed lying misery has incredible results no matter how bad things are or have been.
Much love your way.

(Think about this Psalm living in you - for He is The Living Word - when you are down there - so much better than being forced to heed guilt and shame all the time - that's for sure.

Psalm 98
A psalm.
Sing to the LORD a new song,
for he has done marvelous things;
his right hand and his holy arm
have worked salvation for him. The LORD has made his salvation known
and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
He has remembered his love
and his faithfulness to the house of Israel;
all the ends of the earth have seen
the salvation of our God.
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth,
burst into jubilant song with music;
make music to the LORD with the harp,
with the harp and the sound of singing,
with trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn
shout for joy before the LORD, the King.
Let the sea resound, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it.
Let the rivers clap their hands,
Let the mountains sing together for joy;
let them sing before the LORD,
for he comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness
and the peoples with equity.
