Songselect is a very good resource, especially if you use Planning Center Online to plan your services. You do have to pay for it, and I wouldn't recommend it for personal use. It's great for churches, though.

Between this site and Paul Baloche's site already mentioned, you can stay busy for months or years.
One problem with google searching tab is many well meaning people put out wrong chord changes that are read for years and years
I agree that WorshipTogether is one of the best. They don't have every song up there, but they always have the best. The often do interviews with the artists which is inspirational to see plus you can get ideas on how to arrange a stripped-down version of the song.
