Wow! This is amazing. I regularly listen to this youtube channel heiscoming12 and I heard and read the prophecy for 2013 which was published on Jan 4, 2013. The prediction was that there will be a new pope who will perform signs and wonders (this has to be the false prophet of Rev 13:11-18) and I was shocked to hear that the current pope has announced his resignation yesterday Feb 11, 2013. This is amazing prophecy. We better seriously try and grasp all the messages that are published daily on this channel heiscoming12. We need to apply in our daily lives what the Lord is trying to pass on through these messages.

This revelation from God is titled: Prophecy 2013: Grab Your Bible And Hear And Read. I have pasted the prophecy below.

PROPHECY 2013 - REVELATION OF GOD: VERILY, 2013: THEY WILL REMEMBER THEMSELVES WELL! YOU THERE, GRAB YOUR BIBLE AND HEAR AND READ!

Full view:

Hello, welcome! On January 3rd, 2013, the messenger angel of God brought on the following message to Benjamin Cousijnsen, who always writes down everything, word for word, accompanied by the messenger angel of God, the angel of the Lord himself.

Shalom! I greet you in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ. My name is Arodai. Verily, verily, I tell you,

The fallen angels have already mingled themselves among the unbelievers and believers!
The government will not be able anymore, to keep secret about the contact with the aliens, because the world will be introduced to the 'visitors from space'. They will reveal and show themselves. They will soon land at Jerusalem and on Mount Zion!
Also, these highly advanced extraterrestrial fallen angels will appear on the scene soon, and they will take over the power of Rome, and they will be part of humanity. Therefore, the new pope will do wonders and miracles, and present himself.
These fallen angels are connected and cooperate with the antichrist Obama and the pope; this is their plan.

Isaiah 13, verse 6 to 9 Wail; for the day of the LORD is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. Therefore all hands will be feeble, and everyone's heart will melt. They will be dismayed. Pangs and sorrows will seize them. They will be in pain like a woman in labor. They will look in amazement one at another. Their faces will be faces of flame. Behold, the day of the LORD comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger; to make the land a desolation, and to destroy its sinners out of it.

Many extraterrestrial fallen angels have already taken over many people, and especially taken over their minds!

2 Samuel 22, verse 14 The LORD thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.
Verily, fear not!

2 Samuel 22, verse 31 As for God, his way is perfect: The word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield to all those "in Christ," added the messenger angel of God, who take refuge in him.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 Thessalonians 3, verse 2 to 3 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one.

Read this for yourself: Luke 11, verse 21 to 23, and Ephesians 6, verse 10 to 19.

Verily, 2013 they will remember themselves well!
There is only one Way out: Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 3, verse 17 and 18 Read this also for yourself.

You there, listen!

John 3, verse 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Regarding "there will be a new pope who will perform signs and wonders (this has to be the false prophet of Rev 13:11-18)", the beast which comes up out of the earth (Rev. 13:11-16) indeed represents the individual man who will become the Antichrist's False Prophet (Rev. 19:20, 16:13). He could currently be a (secretly apostate) cardinal in the RCC, preparing himself to become the next pope. If he becomes the next pope, he could begin his tenure by making a great push for peace and unity between Christianity and Islam. He could say something like: "Why do we fight each other? Are we not all the spiritual children of Abraham and of his God, the one God? Can't we lay aside our foolish, man-made differences of theology, which have done us no good at all, but only brought us hatred and violence, and unite into one religion of Abraham, one religion of peace, based on love for the one God and love for our fellow man? What's more important than this?"

He could be so skillful in elucidating what the moderate Muslims could call "the true, peaceful, loving nature of Islam", that he could be hailed by them worldwide as (in their words) "A Great Imam, come to rescue our beloved Islam from the bad reputation falsely given to it by the terrorists". In this way, the next pope could come to hold high positions of power in two religions at the same time, which could be symbolized by the two horns of the False Prophet lamb (Rev. 13:11). This would be similar to how the seven horns of the true-Jesus lamb in Rev. 5:6 could represent the true Jesus holding seven positions of power at the same time (cf. Jesus wearing many crowns at the same time in Rev. 19:12). The False Prophet could even say he is Jesus. (But he won't say he's Christ, for the False Prophet and the Antichrist will deny Jesus is the Christ and will deny Christ is in the flesh: 1 Jn. 2:22, 2 Jn. 1:7.)

Once the False Prophet by his amazing miracles has brought the world under his spell (Rev. 13:13-18, 19:20), including many Muslims and Christians who may not care much for scriptural dogma but could go wild over his signs and wonders, he could begin to (in his words) "restore to the world the real message which was spoken by me (Jesus) at my first coming, and by the great prophet Mohammed, but which message became corrupted by power-hungry men when they copied and changed the early manuscripts of the Bible and the Koran". He could then gradually initiate the world into the Antichrist's Gnostic Luciferianism (1 Jn. 4:3, Rev. 13:4-6), a religion which could have existed since ancient times in some "mystery" cults, and which still exists today in the highest degree of initiation of a worldwide secret society. The False Prophet could present his miraculously calling fire down from heaven (Rev. 13:13) as purported proof that Lucifer (the dragon, Satan) and the Antichrist are the true God (Rev. 13:4-8, 12:9), in an inversion of how back in Old Testament times Elijah miraculously called fire down from heaven to prove that YHWH is the true God (1 Kin. 18:37-39).

-

If the next pope does become the Antichrist's False Prophet (Rev. 13:11-16, 19:20, 16:13), adherents of Catholicism will have to decide what their ultimate source of truth is: Is it the pope and the RCC or God and the Bible? Many adherents of Catholicism who know God and the Bible well and hold to them as their ultimate source of truth will no doubt be utterly aghast at the false doctrines of a future, False Prophet pope. Such adherents of Catholicism could demand that he be removed for heresy and apostasy and that the cardinals elect a new pope. But other adherents of Catholicism, including many cardinals, bishops, and priests, could be deceived (along with most of the rest of the world) into believing the False Prophet pope's false doctrines because of his ability to perform the most amazing miracles (Rev. 13:13-14, 19:20, cf. Mt. 24:24).

And so a great schism could arise within the RCC (cf. the Akita prophecy: "The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops"). Many adherents of Catholicism could follow the False Prophet pope, while other adherents of Catholicism could reject him and eventually even elect their own, new pope, who they could declare to be the "True pope". But this new, "True pope" could then be murdered, along with many of his followers, by the False Prophet pope's soldiers (cf. the 3rd Secret of Fatima: "he [the pope] was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions").

After this slaughter, the False Prophet pope could manage to retain the papacy and full control of the Vatican, and through his (deceived) cardinals, bishops, and priests, retain full control of all RCC cathedrals, parishes, churches, etc., throughout the world. And when the Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of the beast) obtains power over all nations, he and the False Prophet will make war against true, Biblical Christians (whether they're adherents of Catholicism or not) throughout the world, and will physically overcome them and kill them in every nation (Rev. 13:7-10, 14:12-13, 20:4, Mt. 24:9-13). It's only when the Antichrist has completely broken all the physical power of the true church (which consists of all true believers, whether they're adherents of Catholicism or not: Eph. 4:4-6) that the future tribulation will end (Dan. 12:7b) and Jesus' 2nd coming will immediately occur, at which time he will resurrect and rapture (gather together) the church (Mt. 24:29-31, 2 Thes. 2:1-8, Rev. 19:7-20:6). At his 2nd coming, Jesus will tread the winepress of God's wrath alone (Isa. 63:3, Rev. 19:15-21), and so he/God will get all the glory for defeating the power of evil on the earth (Deut. 32:39-43), for he/God won't share this glory with the church (cf. Isa. 42:8-14, 26:18).

Keep an eye out for the fase prophet to work alongside the anti-christ to bring about a 7 year peace treaty and the rebuilding of the 3rd temple in Jerusalem. Paul reminded the Church (true spirit-filled believers) that "that day will not come until the man of sin is revealed"). Obviously, Paul was writing to the Church, indicating to us what to look for. Ask the Lord, if it's His will, to make you a "watchman" on the wall, pray and ask the Lord to equip you to be ready to answer questions that your unsaved co-workers and loved ones may have!

Shulamite7 quoted Heiscoming12 in post 1:

Also, these highly advanced extraterrestrial fallen angels will appear on the scene soon, and they will take over the power of Rome, and they will be part of humanity.

Regarding "fallen angels will appear on the scene soon", that brings to mind the future event of Revelation 12:9, when Satan (Lucifer) & his fallen angels will be cast down to the earth for good after losing a mid-tribulation war in heaven (Rev. 12:7-9).

Instead of coming down as a defeated force, they could descend for all the world to see in gigantic, magnificent golden spaceships onto the "Champ de Mars" (Mars being the same as Marduk the dragon, the chief god of ancient Babylon), the large open area in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. And Lucifer, a literal, 7-headed dragon (Rev. 12:3,9) could emerge in great splendor with his legions of angels. Lucifer & the man commonly called the Antichrist (the beast), along with the Antichrist's miracle-working False Prophet, will then deceive the world into actually worshipping Lucifer & the Antichrist & a speaking (possibly android) image of the Antichrist (Rev. 13:4-16, 19:20, 2 Thes. 2:4, Dan. 11:36).

And everyone will be made to receive a (possibly scarification) mark of the Antichrist either on their right hand or forehead, consisting of either the Antichrist's name or some representation of the gematrial number of his name (666) (Rev. 13:16-18). After Lucifer & the Antichrist have ruled the world for 3.5 literal years (Rev. 13:4-18), YHWH will send 7 vials (or bowls) of wrath against the unsaved world (Rev. 16). Near the end of these, unclean spirits like frogs will come out of the mouths of Lucifer, the Antichrist, & the False Prophet (Rev. 16:13), & these unclean spirits like frogs will go forth & perform amazing miracles to convince the world's armies to gather together at Armageddon (Har Megiddo: Mount Megiddo in northern Israel) (Rev. 16:16) to battle against YHWH himself (Rev. 16:14, 19:19). After gathering together at Armageddon, the armies will then travel south & pillage Jerusalem, right before Jesus (who is YHWH: Jn. 10:30) returns from heaven & defeats them completely (Rev. 19:11-20:6, Zech. 14:2-21).

Also, these highly advanced extraterrestrial fallen angels will appear on the scene soon, and they will take over the power of Rome, and they will be part of humanity.

Regarding "these highly advanced extraterrestrial fallen angels", nothing requires Satan or his angels will say they're extraterrestrials in the sense of aliens from other planets, instead of presenting themselves as what they are: angelic beings come down from heaven.

These fallen angels are connected and cooperate with the antichrist Obama and the pope; this is their plan.

Regarding "the antichrist Obama", he isn't the Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of the beast), because the gematrial "number of the name" of the Antichrist is 666 (Rev. 13:17c-18, 15:2), whereas the gematrial number of the name Barack Hussein Obama is 793 (B=2, A=1, R=90, A=1, C=3, K=20, H=8, U=300, S=100, S=100, E=5, I=9, N=50, O=60, B=2, A=1, M=40, A=1. Total = 793).

Also, the Antichrist may have to come from a country the territory of which used to be part of one of the four Diadochian Greek kingdoms which succeeded Alexander the Great (Dan. 8:8-9,21-25). These kingdoms stretched from Greece over to Iran, and down into Egypt. So the Antichrist could come from the Middle East. He could be an Arab who will come from Lebanon, from the modern city of Tyre (Ezek. 28:2, 2 Thes. 2:4), and have a name like (for example) "Nabil Abdullah Falakal al-Hakim", which adds up to 666.

Regarding "Isaiah 13, verse 6 to 9", to properly understand its timing, it must be read in its context (Isa. 13:1-22).

Isa. 13:1's "Babylon" is the present-day city of Babylon (in Iraq), which the Antichrist will transform into his world capital during the future tribulation of Rev. chs. 6-18/Mt. 24.

Isa. 13:3's "sanctified ones" who "rejoice in [YHWH's] highness" are the obedient people in the church in Rev. 19:7-8, after the future tribulation of Rev. chs. 6-18/Mt. 24. They will be Isa. 13:4-5's "host of the battle" from "heaven" when they physically descend from the sky (the first heaven) with Jesus as he wages war against the armies of the world at his second coming (Rev. 19:14-21). So Isa. 13:6,9's "day of the Lord" is the same as the future, second coming day of the Lord (1 Cor. 1:7-8, 2 Thes. 2:1-8, 1:7-10).

Isa. 13:10 refers to the same future, second coming time as Mt. 24:29-31.

Isa. 13:11 refers to Jesus' defeat of the unsaved world's armies at his second coming (Rev. 19:19-21, Zech 14:3-21).

Isa. 13:16 refers not to what Jesus or the church will do, but to what some unsaved "Medes" (Isa. 13:17-18) will do to the inhabitants of the city of Babylon at the time of Jesus' second coming. By "Medes" is meant the native inhabitants of that part of the Middle East that in ancient times was called "Media" and is now part of Iraq.

Isa. 13:17's "Medes" aren't the ancient Medes that conquered the ancient city of Babylon (Dan. 5:28,31), for the ancient Medes didn't make the ancient city of Babylon uninhabited (Isa 13:19-22) when they defeated it, but instead kept it as a thriving city, which continued on for centuries.

Isa. 13:19-22's total and eternal destruction of the city of Babylon has never been fulfilled. For the Arab Saddam Hussein rebuilt the city of Babylon (using bricks he inscribed with "built by Saddam Hussein, son of Nebuchadnezzar"). And after his defeat, U.S. forces built a military base in Babylon. And in the future, the Antichrist will transform the city of Babylon into his world capital. Isa. 13:19-22 won't be fulfilled until this city is destroyed at Jesus' second coming.

Keep an eye out for the fase prophet to work alongside the anti-christ to bring about a 7 year peace treaty and the rebuilding of the 3rd temple in Jerusalem.

Regarding "the rebuilding of the 3rd temple in Jerusalem", that indeed will happen, for Rev. 11:1-2, Mt. 24:15, Dan. 11:31,36, and 2 Thes. 2:4 require there will be a 3rd Jewish temple in Jerusalem during the future tribulation of Rev. chs. 6-18/Mt. 24. The 3rd temple will coexist with the church like the 2nd temple did (Lk. 24:53, Acts 22:17) and like the temple building in heaven does (Rev. 11:19). The 3rd temple could be built on Jerusalem's Temple Mount by the ultra-Orthodox Jews after they clear the site by destroying the Muslim Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque. Shortly after they build it, the Antichrist could attack and defeat them and a false Messiah leading them (Dan. 11:22).

Then the Antichrist could "cut" a peace treaty with them and their false "Messiah" (Dan. 9:26a, 11:23a) permitting them to keep the temple, and to continue to perform the daily Mosaic animal sacrifices in front of it for at least 7 more years (Dan. 9:27a), so long as they give up the temple's outer court (Rev. 11:2a) to the Muslims so that the Muslims can rebuild the Al Aqsa Mosque on the southern end of the Temple Mount and resume worship there. The ultra-Orthodox Jews could grudgingly agree to this, if the only other option is for them to lose the temple entirely. They could then build a high wall between the temple and the mosque, in order to keep the temple from being defiled.

But then, only some 3.5 years after making the peace treaty, the Antichrist will break the treaty, attack the temple, stop the daily Mosaic animal sacrifices, place the abomination of desolation (possibly a standing, android image of the Antichrist) in the holy place of the temple (Dan. 9:27b, 11:31, Mt. 24:15), and then sit himself in the temple and proclaim himself God (2 Thes. 2:4, Dan. 11:36). Thus could begin the Antichrist's literal 3.5-year Luciferian (Satanic) worldwide reign of terror (Rev. 13:4-18, 12:9, 2 Thes. 2:9).

At the very end of the future tribulation of Rev. chs. 6-18/Mt. 24, the Antichrist (Dan. 11:45) and the world's armies will pillage Jerusalem right before Jesus' 2nd coming (Zech. 14:2-21), and at the 2nd coming there will be tremendous earth changes in the vicinity of Jerusalem (Zech. 14:4-5). These events could result in all of Jerusalem's structures, including the 3rd temple and the Wailing Wall (also called the Western Wall), being broken down so that not one stone will be left on another (Lk. 19:44, Mt. 24:2). Then the returned Jesus (Zech. 14:4, Acts 1:11-12) will rebuild Jerusalem and make it the capital of the world (Zech. 14:8-19, Mic. 4:1-4), and he will build a 4th temple there (Zech. 14:20-21, 6:12-13). It will serve a similar function for the church during the future millennium (Rev. 20:4-6) as the 2nd temple served for the church in the 1st century AD (Lk. 24:53, Acts 22:17) and as the temple building in heaven (Rev. 11:19) serves for those in heaven (Rev. 7:15).

--

One reason the 3rd Jewish temple hasn't been built yet is the Israeli government is protecting the Muslim Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque (the 3rd-holiest buildings in Islam, right after those in Mecca and Medina), knowing that if the ultra-Orthodox Jews were to destroy these buildings in order to clear the Temple Mount for a 3rd Jewish temple, this could mean the end of the state of Israel. For enraged Muslim armies and militias could attack Israel en masse in an all-out jihad and defeat it completely. While the ultra-Orthodox Jews are no doubt aware of this danger, they believe the 3rd temple must nonetheless be built exactly where the prior temples stood: right over the Rock of Sacrifice (the Rock of the Dome of the Rock) on which Abraham almost sacrificed Isaac. And the ultra-Orthodox Jews could be brought to the point where they will even desire to see the end of the current, secular state of Israel, believing that only in its demise will God make it possible for them to establish a new, perfectly ultra-Orthodox, theocratic state of Israel.

Something that could bring the ultra-Orthodox Jews to this point would be them getting squeezed out of their settlements in Samaria and Judaea (also called the West Bank) and East Jerusalem, as part of a peace deal handing these areas over to a Palestinian state. For the ultra-Orthodox Jews (rightly) see Samaria, Judaea, and Jerusalem as the historically most important and holy parts of the land promised by God to Israel since the time of Abraham (Ex. 32:13). So when they start to get squeezed out of these areas, in a rage they could suddenly mass in their tens of thousands, armed with machine guns (which they're allowed to have for self-defense against the Palestinians), and led by three huge bulldozers they could march as a great army to the Old City of Jerusalem and go up onto the Temple Mount and destroy the Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque.

Besides getting squeezed out of their settlements, something else that could tip the scales toward this happening would be the rising up of a false, miracle-working, ultra-Orthodox Jewish "Messiah" (Mt. 24:24), who could tell the ultra-Orthodox Jews something like:

"God says that now is the time for us to take back religious control of the Holy Temple Mount and rid it of all the detestable shrines which the Muslims have placed upon it. We are to sanctify it in the name of our God so that we might rebuild His Holy Temple there. Listen, my brethren, fear not the Muslims' reaction when we retake religious control of the Holy Temple Mount. For God Himself is with us. He will protect us perfectly. Have I not shown you His mighty Power working through Me? Fear not any men, but fear only our Mighty God, who now commands us to rebuild His Holy Temple at the place He determined from the time of our Father Abraham. Our God gave us back the Holy Temple Mount way back in 1967 C.E. But what have we done with it over all the time since then? Nothing! How can this be? How can we have allowed some merely-secular, so-called 'Israeli' government invented by sinful men to keep us, God's holy people, from even setting foot back on the Temple Mount? Let us rise up, my brethren! Let us all rise up, in the name of our God, and let us do mighty exploits to the Glory of His Holy Name!"

Something else that could help tip the scales regarding the ultra-Orthodox Jews in Israel becoming violent is their finding out the location of the Ark of the Covenant, which could be buried under an ancient ruined fort in the desert east of Jerusalem. The Copper Scroll could contain the clues as to where the Ark is buried in the fort (e.g. "under the third step"). The Ark could have been located there already with ground-penetrating radar by some non-religious treasure hunters, but the Israeli government could be holding up a digging permit to retrieve the Ark because the government is afraid that the ultra-Orthodox Jews could see the discovery of the Ark as (in their words) "an unmistakable sign from God that now is the time for us to rebuild His Holy Temple". So the Israeli government has a motive to keep the location of the buried Ark top secret.

Paul reminded the Church (true spirit-filled believers) that "that day will not come until the man of sin is revealed").

That's right.

The day when Jesus Christ will return and gather together (rapture) the church will not come until sometime after there's a falling away (an apostasy) in the church, and the Antichrist (the man of sin) is revealed for who he is by sitting in a 3rd Jewish temple in Jerusalem and proclaiming himself God (2 Thes. 2:1-4, Dan. 11:31,36, Rev. 11:1-2, 13:4-8), and the abomination of desolation (possibly a standing, android image of the Antichrist) is set up in the holy place of the 3rd Jewish temple (Mt. 24:15-31, Dan. 11:31). For when Jesus returns to gather together (and marry) the church he will destroy the Antichrist (2 Thes. 2:1,8, Rev. 19:7,20). Before Jesus returns, the church will have to go through the future, literal 3.5 years of the Antichrist's worldwide reign (Rev. 13:5-10, 14:12-13, 20:4-6, Mt. 24:9-31). At Jesus' 2nd coming (1 Thes. 4:15, 2 Thes. 2:1, Mt. 24:30), the church will be resurrected and caught up together/gathered together (raptured) (1 Thes. 4:16-17, 2 Thes. 2:1, Mt. 24:31), not to remove the church from the earth (Prov. 10:30, Jn. 17:15,20), but to take the church only as high as the clouds of the sky to hold a meeting in the air with the returned Jesus (1 Thes. 4:17).

A few years before Jesus' return, the Antichrist could make quite a show of his sitting himself in the Jewish temple and declaring himself God (2 Thes. 2:4, Dan. 11:36,31). He could even make a TV/Internet broadcast of it which will be seen live by the world (cf. Mt. 24:15). He could be shown entering the temple's most holy place in magnificent golden robes. He could then step up to the Ark of the Covenant (which could have been discovered, and placed in the temple) and lift the Mercy Seat off of it, showing the Ark to be empty. He could then look into the camera & say: "Where is YHWH? He is not here! He is a distant fraud! His power on this earth is as hollow as this empty Ark!" (The Antichrist will revile YHWH: Rev. 13:6, Dan. 11:36.)

Then the Antichrist could raise the Mercy Seat high above his head only to suddenly smash it down violently to the ground, breaking it into pieces. The sound of crowds roaring with approval could then be heard in the background. Then the Antichrist could place his hands on the Ark and stare into the camera: "WE can do better than this". He could then knock over the Ark & stamp it with his foot, bashing in its side. Two of the Antichrist's followers in robes could then quickly come in and clear away the rubble of the Mercy Seat and the Ark, while four more men in robes carry into the temple's most holy place a magnificent golden throne and place it right where the Ark had been before. All the men could then bow down and motion with their arms for the Antichrist to sit on the throne. He could then grandly take his seat upon it.

Glorious symphonic music could then swell as the sound of crowds roaring with approval increases. Then the Antichrist's False Prophet (Rev. 19:20) (who could be a future, apostate pope) could enter the temple's most holy place & approach the Antichrist carrying a majestic golden crown encrusted with large diamonds and all kinds of precious stones. The Antichrist could take the crown from the pope's hands, and as the Antichrist is placing the crown on his own head, a camera could zoom in on his face as he says: "I AM THAT I AM. I AM YOUR GOD. Worship me, all ye nations of the earth!" (Rev. 13:8, Dan. 11:36, 2 Thes. 2:4).

Hello Bible2,

Thank you for your response. I agree with what you stated. The Holy Spirit has revealed to me that the church (true born again believers) will indeed face the 7 years of tribulation. I was raised for years to believe in a pre-trib rapture and over the last couple of years, I feel the Holy Spirit taking me away from that. He has used His Word to show me this in very personal ways and confirmations!

That "day" will not come unless there is a falling away and the antichrist be revealed. Paul was obviously writing to the church telling us what to look for. If the church was not to be here on earth, then Jesus and Paul would not have written to us what to look for and be on guard for if we were not here!

Also, I do believe that the fallen angels and satan will put together a huge deception that will be SO GOOD, that "if it were possible", the elect could be deceived. Thankfully, Jesus promises us that if we follow Him, "we will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."

I feel this "alien" agenda is nothing more than an conditioning of the "masses" by satan using sci-fi, etc, to get people prepared to receive these fallen angels when they manifest themselves on the earth.

Jesus warned us that as it was "in the days of Noah" so will it be when He returns. Back in Noah's day, the same deceptions with satan and his fallen angels were taking place.

Hello Bible2

Hello.

Also, I do believe that the fallen angels and satan will put together a huge deception that will be SO GOOD, that "if it were possible", the elect could be deceived.

Regarding "'if it were possible', the elect could be deceived", it's important for Christians to know Mt. 24:24's original Greek doesn't say "if it were possible", in the sense of it not being possible. Instead, the original Greek simply says "if possible", meaning false Christs and false prophets will perform great miracles by the power of Satan (2 Thes. 2:9, Rev. 13:13-18, 19:20) as part of Satan's intention of deceiving as many of the elect as possible. The Bible nowhere says it's impossible for any elect person to ever be deceived. Instead, Jesus had started out in Mt. 24 by specifically warning the elect to "Take heed that no man deceive you" (Mt. 24:4), meaning it is possible for the elect to be deceived, if they don't take heed to Jesus' warning regarding great-miracle-working false Christs and false prophets who will appear in the future (Mt. 24:4-5,23-25, Rev. 13:13-18, 19:20).

The elect can also be deceived in other ways, whether before their salvation (Titus 3:3, Rom. 7:11) or after their salvation (1 Jn. 3:7, 1 Cor. 6:9, 15:33, Gal. 6:7, Eph. 5:6, 2 Thes. 2:3). Paul warns the elect "The Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Tim. 4:1). The time will come when some "shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables" (2 Tim. 4:4). For it's possible for a saved person to commit apostasy, to the ultimate loss of his salvation (Heb. 6:4-8, Jn. 15:6, 2 Tim. 2:12b). The fact that a saved person can be deceived into committing apostasy doesn't mean Satan is stronger than God, or that God would for no reason abandon a saved person, but means the principle of the "deceivableness of unrighteousness" (2 Thes. 2:10) applies even to a saved person.

That is, one way a saved person could be deceived into committing apostasy would be if he finds a particular sin to be very pleasurable, so pleasurable & so fulfilling (in the short term) that he continues in it over time until his heart becomes hardened by the deceitfulness of sin (Heb. 3:13), to where his love for God grows cold because of the abundance of iniquity (Mt. 24:12), to where he quenches the Spirit (1 Thes. 5:19), to where he sears his conscience as with a hot iron (1 Tim. 4:2), to where he begins to listen to the lies of demons & latch onto them to the point where he departs from the faith (1 Tim. 4:1). In a wrong desire to continue in their lusts without repentance, saved people can reach the point where they become no longer able to endure the sound doctrine of the Bible, & they instead seek out & latch onto any man-made teachings which will help to support them in their lusts (2 Tim. 4:3-4).

So saved people need to be obedient now if they want to spiritually endure to the end during the future tribulation of Rev. chs. 6-18/Mt. 24 (Mt. 24:13). For only obedient believers will have their spiritual houses on the rock, so that they will endure the coming storm (Mt. 7:24-25). Disobedient believers will have their spiritual houses on the sand, so that they will fall away during the storm (Mt. 7:26-27). They will become part of the falling away (the apostasy) (2 Thes. 2:3), the departure from the faith (1 Tim. 4:1), which will occur during the future tribulation (Mt. 24:9-13, cf. Isa. 8:21-22), to the ultimate loss of their salvation (Heb. 6:4-8, Jn. 15:6, 2 Tim. 2:12b).

Regarding "a huge deception", that brings to mind Paul's reference to "the" lie (2 Thes. 2:11-12, in the original Greek there's a "the" before "lie"), which could be the antichrist lie that's been around since the 1st century AD (2 Jn. 1:7, 1 Jn. 4:3, 2 Thes. 2:7a), & which in the future will deceive the world into worshipping both Lucifer (Satan) the dragon & the Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of the beast) (Rev. 13:4-18, 12:9), the man of sin (2 Thes. 2:3-9), as God (2 Thes. 2:4, Dan. 11:36). The antichrist lie denies Jesus is the Christ and/or the human/divine Son of God (1 Jn. 2:22), and/or denies Christ is in the flesh (2 Jn. 1:7), which denial is one of the key doctrines of Gnosticism.

Also regarding "a huge deception", it's good for Christians to realize that during the Antichrist's future, literal 3.5-year worldwide reign (Rev. 13:5,7), even though the world will worship both Lucifer (the dragon, Satan) and the Antichrist (the individual-man aspect of the beast) (Rev. 13:4-8, 12:9), this won't require the Antichrist's one-world religion will say Jesus is evil or turn the world against Jesus. For almost the entire world reveres Jesus, at least as being a good man. The Antichrist could confirm this basic world belief, but simply (in his words) "clarify" that while Jesus is indeed a good man, Jesus himself isn't the Christ or the Son of God (1 Jn. 2:22). No doubt the Antichrist will also deny Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, as this, just as believing Jesus is the Christ and the Son of God (Jn. 20:31, 3:36), is one of the core beliefs of the gospel by which people become saved (1 Cor. 15:1-4).

So what the Antichrist could do is keep the idea of a good Jesus, but strip it of everything by which Jesus saves people from hell. And this wouldn't require the Antichrist deny Jesus' 2nd coming. Indeed, the Antichrist & his False Prophet (Rev. 19:20) could even try to employ to their own ends the Biblical prophecy of Jesus' 2nd coming, as well as the Muslim prophecy which says the miracle-working prophet Jesus will return bodily from heaven in the last days to bring the whole earth into the worship of the true God. For the False Prophet could claim he is Jesus, returned to bring the whole earth into the worship of the true God. And he could perform amazing miracles (Rev. 13:13) as purported proof of his claim (cf. Jn. 3:2). (This is one reason it's so important to know when and how the real Jesus' 2nd coming will happen: Mt. 24:29-31, 2 Thes. 2:1-8, 1 Thes. 4:14-17, Rev. 19:7-20:6, Zech. 14:3-21.)

As was pointed out in post 2, once the False Prophet by his amazing miracles has brought the world under his spell (Rev. 13:13-18, 19:20), including many Muslims & Christians who may not care much for scriptural dogma but could go wild over his signs & wonders, he could begin to (in his words) "restore to the world the real message which was spoken by me (Jesus) at my first coming, and by the great prophet Mohammed, but which message became corrupted by power-hungry men when they copied and changed the early manuscripts of the Bible and the Koran". 18:37-39).

The person whom the Antichrist will revile is YHWH (Rev. 13:6, Dan. 11:36), whom many people mistakenly think of as being (in their words) "the God of only the Old Testament, that cruel and hateful God who ordered people to commit genocide and kill babies (1 Sam. 15:3), while Jesus came and preached love for everyone (Mt. 5:44)". The truth is Jesus confirmed the God of the Old Testament, YHWH (Deut. 6:4-5, Lev. 19:18), is the same as the God of the New Testament (Mk. 12:29-31). Jesus died for our sins in fulfillment of Old Testament (OT) prophecy from YHWH (Isa. 53, 1 Pet. 2:24), and rose from the dead in fulfillment of OT prophecy from YHWH (e.g. Ps. 16:10, Acts 2:31). Jesus died to establish the New Covenant (Mt. 26:28), which YHWH had foretold in the OT (Jer. 31:31-34). And Jesus died to bring about the defeat of Satan (Heb. 2:14), which YHWH had foretold from even the first book of the OT (Gen. 3:15).

Nonetheless, building on many people's misconceptions of YHWH as being (in their words) "the cruel God of the Old Testament", no doubt one of the Antichrist's chief blasphemies against YHWH (Rev. 13:6, Dan. 11:36) will be that YHWH is an evil god. This is one of the ancient blasphemies of Gnosticism, another being the antichrist lie that Christ isn't in the flesh (2 Jn. 1:7). The world will be deceived into completely rejecting YHWH and worshipping Satan and the Antichrist instead (Rev. 13:4-8, 12:9). Satan could be worshipped not as "Satan", which most everyone sees as a bad name (it means "Adversary"), but as "Lucifer" (Isa. 14:12), which means "the morning star". The Antichrist could lie and say that it's YHWH who is the true "Satan", the true "Adversary" of mankind.

Because the Antichrist & his False Prophet (possibly masquerading as Jesus) will deny Jesus is the Christ (1 Jn. 2:22) & will deny Christ is in the flesh (1 Jn. 4:3), & because they will bring the world into the worship of Lucifer (the dragon, Satan) instead (Rev. 13:4, 12:9), they could lie & say (the non-mortal flesh) Lucifer is the Christ, that the new name of Christ (Rev. 3:12c) is "Lucifer Christ". For just as "Lucifer" means "the morning star", so Christ is the morning star (Rev. 22:16b). Also, Christ identified himself with the serpent (Jn. 3:14), & Lucifer is the serpent (Rev. 12:9). Also, Christ said "Ye are gods" (Jn. 10:34), & it was the serpent who said "ye shall be as gods" (Gen. 3:5).

The truth is Lucifer fell from his office of morning star (Isa. 14:12) & became Satan (cf. Lk. 10:18). Jesus Christ has taken over the office of morning star (Rev. 22:16). And Jesus Christ identified himself with only the brass serpent on the pole in Num. 21:8-9 (Jn. 3:14), which typified Jesus Christ's crucifixion for our sins (Jn. 19:16, Mt. 26:28). And in Jn. 10:34, Jesus Christ (Jn. 20:31) was quoting YHWH in Ps. 82:6-7, which shows even though humans have knowledge of good & evil as gods do (Gen. 3:22), they will still die like humans (Ps. 82:7), contradicting the serpent's lie (Gen. 3:4). Nonetheless, the Antichrist could falsely say Lucifer is the Christ & the true and beneficent God of mankind, & that the False Prophet is the miracle-working prophet Jesus (Jn. 3:2, Acts 3:22-24), returned to point the world to the true Christ/God. The Antichrist could falsely say that he (the Antichrist) is the human/divine "Son" of Lucifer, who must be worshipped as God along with Lucifer (Rev. 13:4,8). This would be similar to how Biblical Christians now rightly worship the human/divine Jesus Christ (Jn. 1:1,14) as God (the Son) along with God the Father (Jn. 20:28, Heb. 1:8).

I feel this "alien" agenda is nothing more than an conditioning of the "masses" by satan using sci-fi, etc, to get people prepared to receive these fallen angels when they manifest themselves on the earth.

Regarding "this "alien' agenda", some people feel we mustn't believe in the existence of aliens, for then we could be deceived by entities (such as Satan & other fallen angelic beings) claiming to be aliens. But the existence of aliens doesn't require all aliens must be good, just as the existence of angels doesn't require all angels must be good. We would have to evaluate the goodness of any alien in the same way we would have to evaluate the goodness of any angel: by the doctrine he teaches (Gal. 1:8), by his faithfulness to God's Word the Bible (2 Tim. 4:2-4, 1 Tim. 4:1, Jn. 8:31b, Mt. 4:4), by his obedience to YHWH God (Mk. 12:29-31, Deut. 6:4-5, Lev. 19:18b). Also, the Bible doesn't say Satan appears as a good alien, but it does say he can appear as an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14). So worrying about being deceived only by "aliens" is a dangerous distraction. We need to be careful of being deceived even by angels of light.

The universe is so vast (with something like 100 billion different galaxies, each containing something like 100 billion different stars) that even if only one star out of every ten billion stars has a planet with intelligent life on it, this would still mean that there are a trillion inhabited planets. This would be to the great glory of God, for he's the Creator of everything (Rev. 4:11). God could deal with intelligent life on other planets in the same way he deals with us: some individuals could go to a heaven when they die, while others could go to a hell. Or, the intelligent life on some other planets may have never fallen into sin, like Adam & Eve did, so that the intelligent life on those planets never became mortal. Any such unfallen, intelligent life could be living in sinless, immortal bliss on their planets like Adam & Eve did in the Garden of Eden before their fall. Also, ultimately, the destiny of saved people on this planet isn't to live forever in heaven like ghosts strumming harps on clouds, but to live forever in resurrected, immortal, physical bodies (1 Cor. 15:52-53, Rom. 8:23-25, Philip. 3:21, Lk. 24:39) on a new earth with God (Rev. 21).

Some people feel aliens can't exist because the Bible makes no mention of them. But not everything that exists has to be mentioned in the Bible (cf. Jn. 21:25). For example, the Bible makes no mention of Velcro, yet it exists. And the Bible makes no mention of the fact the earth orbits the sun, & not vice versa as many Bible believers mistakenly assumed for centuries. Such believers even mistakenly claimed the heliocentric system was a lie which was against the revealed knowledge of God in the Bible that the sun orbits the earth. Of course, the truth is nothing in the Bible requires a geocentric system. Similarly, nothing in the Bible requires aliens can't exist. Also, the argument that other inhabited planets can't exist because if they did the Bible would have told us about them, is like someone in the 1300's in Europe saying: "Other inhabited continents can't exist besides the ones in the Bible: Europe, Africa, and Asia. For if other inhabited continents did exist the Bible would have told us about them". Of course, the truth is the Bible made no mention of the other inhabited continents of North America, South America, & Australia, & yet they existed. Similarly, even though the Bible makes no mention of other inhabited planets, they could exist.

If the specific aliens some people claim to have had contact with (such as "the Greys") truly exist, they could be fallen angels or demons. Or they could be real aliens in the sense of material beings from some other star system. Or, if interstellar travel is physically impossible because of the practical limits which special relativity places on how fast matter can travel, they could be material beings from our own solar system who evolved (by God's created process of evolution) or were miraculously created by God long before humans, whether on this planet, or on the 2nd or the 4th planet from the sun, in some past eon when either or both of those planets was inhabitable.

It is quite a landmark, and pulls together many prophecies over the centuries. I do not look forward to the likelihood of an appointee that does not live for God, relying on Him daily for guidance.

The position of Pope is quite a juggling act. The Pope is an inspiring religious leader to over a billion followers. He holds ultimate authority among all ranks of Catholicism. He is arbitrator and consultant for western political leaders. He is the bishop of Rome, head of state of a sovereign city-state -- Vatican City, the monarch, respected by other denominations.

People expect everything from one man -- body, mind and spirit. It surely takes a large staff to support everything that comes out of this position. One human alone cannot kiss babies, write books, oversee a jurisdiction, oversee a massive denomination, oversee a large staff, and so much more.

At least he doesn't have to figure out what to wear in the morning.

In the coming days, we will see how complex this role really is. If the new appointee is more focused on social issues than retaining principles of the faith, that could open up the doors for a much more political role. That would disappoint many devoted Catholics, even though they might rejoice in it at first.

May God guide us into all truth. May He preserve the integrity of His Name in all the earth. May God keep truth pure, leaders' motives grounded in love for Him, followers' support grounded in God and not man.
