I don't know if it violates their rights (I'm inclined to think it does), but one thing I can tell is that that governor is anti-Christian.
Anti- Christian?

Commanding or even asking that people disobey God is about as anti-Christian as you can be.
If the governor states that certain people are not welcome and we try to HELP them then the governor has the right to say stop.

Of course he has the right. The point is, it's anti-Christian.

Okay so Canada is a Federal country as well. It's not the province's domain to vet which foreigners are dangerous. This is a Federal responsibility in Canada. I think this is the case in the US also. In Canada, any Provincial Premier beating up on charities for not discriminating against already Federally vetted refugees would be regarded as mean and pathetic.

Willtor answered exactly what I was going to say. To take it a little further - I'm not saying the governor doesn't have the right to be anti-Christian. He does. I'm just pointing out that he is being anti-Christian by commanding people to disobey the True God.

Has it become a state responsibility to process immigrant for security reasons? Up here it would be a Federal responsibility.

Of course he has the right. The point is, it's anti-Christian.
However, the Christians then follow those rules or else lose their rights.

We ought to obey God rather than men, even if it means being persecuted by an anti-Christian like that governor.

It is the feds, but most states have said that in this case the federal government has failed is failing to do so they are doing.

How do you justify not showing charity to those especially in need of it, especially if the charitable groups themselves do this as their activity?

The problem is that the states can't make that decision. They are breaking the law.

Look, it is REAL simple we do not want refugees and the point is if they know they will not get help why would they WANT to live inside the state borders?

Read what I said above about not wanting them and human nature.
