I think beheadings still happen more in Muslim countries.
Thinking something and now making the effort to research or investigate the topic demonstrates a desire to maintain a prejudiced attitude for fear that reality may intrude upon your predetermined conclusion.

Ah, the good old tactic of calling someone a bigot or racist because they point out your demonstration of racism or bigotry. Nice try.

As usual, you continue to see racism and bigotry around every corner. Stop the madness. Summer is over.

Don't worry. The cleanup from all the additional traffic deaths AND homocides will give the rest of us plenty to clean up.

Yes, and good for cops who can stay busy with cleaning up human remains and vehicle parts after more accidents:

Well let's see, the article you posted took their information for the AAA report, so let's look at that article and see all of what AAA had to say.

THC attaches to fat cells, it does not leave the body in a short period of time as alcohol does. Depending on how often and how much a person uses marijuana it can still show up in a blood test days, a week, or even weeks after the last time that person ingested it but they are not intoxicated all that time.

The AAA pdf file above explains that the reports that say marijuana related traffic accidents does not mean the person was intoxicated and the one's who were, were most often under the influence of alcohol over the .08 limit or had other drugs in their system, but mostly alcohol.
Of the fewer number who tested positive for THC only, it could not always be determined that they were under the influence at the time of the traffic collision.

Certainly there is at least one group in particular which comes to mind, who display a most curious keenness for severing heads. Interestingly, many in this group have, in the interest of political correctness, been renamed "refugees," so that hordes of such individuals are now imported in mass waves, for what I can only presume be toward the interest of enriching us all with diversity.
...the French?
tulc(read a book about that once)
