I'm not sure that the women and children who were slaughtered are guilty of some make-believe crimes committed on the behalf of a colored in area on a map. Especially since Yugoslavia itself was doomed before it even began, much to the examples from the African colonial holdings of yesteryears.

You aren't addressing the criminal issues, as a matter of fact. Do we actually ask, in court, why a rapist commits their crime?
