hEY guys,
havent posted here for agesssss. I just wanted to let you all know I have made a blog about my recovery from BED. I don't know if it will help anyone but I really hope it does because I know that it can be beaten and if you trace back some of my posts to # years ago they are all about struggling with binging. now I feel I have almost beaten this and I want to share my story.

Congrats!! I've been there and know it's not an easy thing to do.

I struggle with it only 1/3 of the year but it's always there.I don't acton it unless something happens but then again if I don't eat ,it starts over again. I do great staying on a day to day food plan.I make sure it's always there.

Hey Janet, I suffer from anorexia w/ binge purge episodes..trying to recover...and in those episodes I cant seem to control myself, So I know how horrid those binge episodes are...pm if you like.
