Lift up your eyes to Jesus that is where your help comes from. The God who made heaven and earth. I understand depression so deeply as I suffer badly from it. i use Psalms 86 as a prayer and have seen really good results. Every night I read it out loud and make it my prayer to Him. I hold nothing back that is in my heart and ask that He help me. Try this prayer. It's the whole chapter of Psalms 86. When I am in fear I use as a prayer psalms 91 and I make it a prayer to Him. I find when I do this I will open up more and cry out to Him for help. He does answer prayers. May God show You His Mercy and Grace. God bless you both. May He answer your prayers soon. Amen.
