I read an article about this before I saw the subject here and a close friend of the man said that he was known for "pretending to do stupid stuff but not actually doing stupid stuff".

I don't know about you but if it was me I'd want "Finally went ahead and did that stupid thing instead of pretending." on my tombstone.
