Please pray for my back

Hi all,
I have not said anything about this cause I was really hoping that it would be gone by now. But my middle back about 2 inches from the spine those mucsles have been sore so bad for now days. Yes I know what the cause is, cause I would sit on the edge of my bed for hours and type on the computer. Well now I bought a little stand and a back rest pillow so that I can put my heating pad on the back. It still is sore. I love being on the computer I am so worried that Jesus is starting to take this away from me. I can afford a proper desk right now, but I don't want to ruin my muscles in my back forever. PLEASE pray for me. I have not had a desk in over a year, I lost that when I lost my apparment last year. My computer sits on my dresser and my tv/monitor is too big to sit too close too. PLEASE pray. Thank you so much in advance God bless you all
