Not really, just start going to an Anglican Church.

When you have decided that's going to be your spiritual home ask about being Confirmed (if you have not already been confirmed by a Bishop) or Received into the Church (if you have already been confirmed).

well i have been at an anglican church for 5 yrs
cuz i didnt feel accecpted but the catholic church i was attending

So you pretty much are Anglican if you want to be.

Are you confirmed (by a Catholic or Anglican bishop - it doesn't matter which)?

Ok, so you don't need to do anything (the Anglican church recognises Catholic confirmations). But if you would like to formally mark becoming Anglican ask about being Received into the Church.
