Fallacy: Slippery Slope

The government has already claimed US citizens who disagree with the government are potential terrorists. The government has even killed innocent American citizens at Ruby Ridge and in Waco, Texas. I guess those things didn't really happen because of the slippery slope argument. Or were those deaths incremental in using drones to kill this other guy, whose death is incremental in expanding the authority of the government to kill other people it deems undesirable.
