I have a property that will have building materials recycled when it comes time to demolish outbuildings.
There's machines that can crush bricks and make those into roads too, like stone driveways and the like. Or they can use the whole bricks for other construction projects. Wood too.
Even old furniture, though this is off topic, can be called for pick-up by the local Habitat For Humanity discount stores.
Recycling to help the planet is a blessing for everyone including the planet.
