I have a theory when the "Education revolution" comes, even third world countries will be pumping out geniuses.
Education revolution can happen in many ways.
One way is if the Internet makes free tutoring/teaching with many free books, then instead of buying thousands in books and needing a live teacher... Someone only needs 200$ for a computer for a life long education!
Another way is if a philanthropist acquires a ton of rights to books, and puts it together with a crew.
Barring nuclear war, the education revolution is inevitable in the next 20 years.
