(IsraelNN.com) The Gush Katif towns of N'vei Dekalim and Gadid had their water and electricity cut early Sunday morning, just six hours after IDF guarantees that such measures would not be taken were relayed to residents at a community-wide meeting.

It is not yet clear whether the entire Gush Katif bloc of Jewish communities have been cut off.

Residents have been storing water and provisions ahead of an expected siege by the IDF, which has been ordered to expel them from their homes starting Wednesay.
