Once again. not really news. It would be news if Canada was having a tropical rainy season in winter. Canada always has severe winters. One year that is worse than others isn't news.

True ChristsSoldier. The weather changes. Eastern Canada is cold in winter. Pretty standard stuff.

I'm on the Left Coast, and we've had one of the best (warmest/least rain) winters I can remember. It's been fantastic out here. But you won't hear the climate change deniers babbling about that.
