Here is an interesting video of a service at the Times Square Church in New York City. Its building was originally constructed as a movie palace in 1930 and was later a performing theater. Since 1991 it has been used as a church and is protected by landmark legislation from alteration of the interior as well as the exterior.

This Cathedral in Barcelona Spain blew my mind away when I first laid eyes on it. They started building it in 1882 and just finished in the last year.

A video of the choir practicing at First Congregational Church in Los Angeles. It's my favorite church in the west.

Thanks! Here is a Google page of photos and links of the church. It is a nice example of early twentieth-century Gothic Revival designed by the firm of Allison & Allison in 1930 who are relatively unknown. first congregational church los angeles - Google Search

Here is a link to a very brief Wikipedia article listing some of the works of Allison & Allison. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allison_%26_Allison

Here is a link to a very informative webpage about the Thirteenth Church of Christ, Scientist in Los Angeles. It was designed by Allison & Allison in 1926 in an essay on Italian Renaissance Revival architecture with a very tall campinile. This style is quite unusual for this denomination where virtually all of their church buildings are Classical Revival in style without campaniles. 13th Church of Christ, Scientist, Allison & Allison, Architects 1926 - a photo on Flickriver
