Here is an interesting video of a service at the Times Square Church in New York City. Its building was originally constructed as a movie palace in 1930 and was later a performing theater. Since 1991 it has been used as a church and is protected by landmark legislation from alteration of the interior as well as the exterior.

Here is one of the first eccelesiastical designs by Allison & Allison - Riverview United Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was constructed in 1907 in a restrained Romanesque Revival style.

Here is a link to a very informative webpage about the Thirteenth Church of Christ, Scientist in Los Angeles. It was designed by Allison & Allison in 1926 in an essay on Italian Renaissance Revival architecture with a very tall campinile. Here is a photo of the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles which was constructed in 1927 to the design of Allison and Allison. It is in a rather chaste version of the Renaissance Revival style, but with a lavish campanile. First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles - Allison + Allison

Here is a great photograph of Trinity Episcopal Church in Iowa City, Iowa which was designed by the famous American nineteenth-century ecclesiastical architect, Richard Upjohn.
