I'm fairly well sold on a second death, a total annihilation of the wicked. I believe there is a punishment before that, but see no evidence of the wicked being burned as in our present physical body being burned by fire for eternity.
If it does turn out an eternal punishment, that either means we are destroyed for eternity, as that, in affect is eternal punishment, or the wicked will actually be alive and punished for eternity and somehow made very uncomfortable.
I don't actually teach any of that because I don't know for certain, but there are views that I am certain the Bible does not teach.
