The story says bush said 'likely leaked' which is the same as perhaps. Now, instead of lining the farm with strawmen scarcrows how about addressing valid points?

Iam sure he could scream from the mountain tops he knows who leaked it and when-and it would be defended on the basis the echo from the altitude made his words sound different than what he really meant to say. For him to say perhaps or likely, at this stage, is an admission. Is that somehow not seen?

Also - lets not forget that there was no crime in "leaking" her name. She was not undercover nor had she served undercover in the requisite period of time.

He does know several people who leaked. One still resides in his office, and he has done nothing. So what one is left with is the only action he has taken given leakers who were in his office is the commuting of Libby. That was his idea of appropiate action.

1 - there was no leak of classified information.
2 - it was Dick Armitage not Libby who gave Novak the name.
3 - Armitage is no longer in the employ of the administration.
