I'm currently using "Learn New Testament Greek" by James Dobson, and enjoying it.

The style lets you jump right in, and teaches you a simple sentence from John. I thought it would be difficult, and sometimes I struggle to understand a concept, but the fact that all of it is taught from the Greek New Testament lets you see that you are actually able to read sentences from the NT.

I highly recommend it. If you're looking for Koine Greek, that is.

I am a seminary student learning Greek at the moment! The best textbook for learning the language is "Basics of Biblical Greek" By William Mounce. It's fairly easy understand, I think.

That is the exact same text book, we are using at the college I attend.

I have that book in my bookshelf for quite a while but never really took a look in it. Hopefully, I will end up using it as I am really interested in reading God's word in Greek; so far, I'm still trying to learn the Greek alphabet.
