BE doers of the word

I guess I dont understand how being a doer of the word is something different than doing the things the Bible teaches to do. It sounds like what is being said is the implanted word is different from teh bible. How is it different?

You explain first because I'm completely confused on how someone can take James 1:21-22 and what I said in the OP and come to the conclusion that I am taking about how one becomes saved.
