I would just like to note that the very first mod action taken against me on this site was for simply rating posts that I found patently absurd with a funny rating. It was flagged as goading.

How is responding with nothing but "LOL" to multiple posts that were not intended to be funny any different?
Some are more privileged than others.

And it is worth reminding people that in a criminal jury trial the verdict has to be unanimous.

So each and every one of the 12 jurors who heard all the evidence voted to convict.

But some people would rather go with a right-wing news source that chose to omit that evidence and decide it was just a prank.
Jury trials are UNFAIR! I bet they were twelve liberals! (the next argument, probably)

Really funny, right? I mean it is on the official documents and everything! Seven in months in prison for election interference!
Yeah. It’s about dumb as it gets.

America's plethora of unreasonable folks has been well established. Little is self-evident in America presently. Perceptions are quite skewed. Mirrors are not reflecting reality to many. This guy committed election fraud. Period. Obstinance is not a virtue my friend. Have a nice day.
No he didn’t. And reasonable folk should know better.

Making and spreading a fake campaign ad (including a fraudulent endorsement), and even using a legitimate phone number so that people acting on that ad will have their messages go through goes beyond sarcasm. You could potentially make a case for it being sarcastic/satirical if the phone number was dead (i.e. anyone texting it would get a message that their message could not be delivered) or the ad was obviously fake, but that wasn't the case here.
Setting up the phone number was going too far if this was just supposed to be satire. I’m going to have to agree with you on this. I didn’t know he set up a phone number so people could actually make the text.

It is also worth pointing out that contrary to the title of this thread the text in question did not disparage Hillary or her supporters. Instead it made every effort to look like a legitimate option.

And there were so many ways one could have taken shots at Hillary, but that would have ruined it as an attempt to mislead voters.

In the meantime a Democrat in Michigan turned in 6,000 ballot applications with the same handwriting on them
That didn't happen according to your source.

More importantly:
As for the state probe: “Fraud was determined to have occurred at the lowest levels of the company,” Wimmer, from the attorney general’s office, told Bridge.

“The leading internal indication was that fraud was being perpetrated against GBI Strategies by its employees to fabricate work product without conducting the work expected of them, and not in explicit pursuit of defrauding the election infrastructure of the state.”

In other words, lazy workers made up fake registrations to justify that they were working. If anything, the organization (not 'a Democrat') was the victim, and the evidence indicated there was no threat to the election.

I deleted the post. I got the information from another site and after checking further it didn’t match the facts

Empty accusation is empty ... and in this case, explicitly against the rules. I'd edit it before the mods get to it.
Thanks for the heads up. I didn’t realize I violated the rules

Lately, a bunch of people seem to be siding with the criminals. It is quite odd, IMO but it is what it is....
I know. Crazy how the Left is siding with the DOJ.

They are law and order police. They are doing their job. It was fun watching the last guy in charge claim he was for law and order, then proceeded to break as many laws as he could! The left is not on that guys side. The republicans are.
