To discern between true (from God) and lying miracles. As our Lord said - they could deceive the very elect.

And beyond that, LISTEN to the voice of the Holy Spirit. There is also an element of spiritual maturity:

Heb 5.14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

The NASB 1972 worded that "by reason of use..'

That's good Dave thanks .. May we all find the right way that leads to new Jerusalem .. That is my hope .. And not be deceived by Satan .. May we all put our trust in Yshia the author and finisher of our faith ..

...but it's in the Bible, it is emphasised nobody should be mislead.
And i don't even read the Bible that often... (not often enough anyway..)

I think so, yes.

The way I see it is that blasphemy only happens when an individual knows for certain that it's God doing something, but still refuses to believe/speaks evil towards God. An example would be Pharaoh in the book of Exodus, when he knew for certain that it was God who brought the plagues on the Egyptians, but still hardened his heart and refused to believe.
