The geology of Noah's flood? Ancient Mesopotamia was a flood plain, there have been lots of floods there. We do not have anything to distinguish the flood that took place at the time of Noah. It is what happened after Noah when farming and the domestication of plants and animals spread from the Middle East or the Futile Crescent to the rest of the world. Science has done lots of research and study on this, along with the study of population genetics.
Noah's flood was also a shadow and a type of when the world of the dinosaurs was destroyed back at the time of Pangaea. Their world came to an end and this is when mammals began to evolve, grow and multiply. There was an extinction as the old world came to an end and the new world exploded when a radiation began.
Science can take a good, long, hard look at Noah's world and see that this world became domesticated and mobil at this point in time. It was no longer the wind spreading the seeds but man now was collecting the seeds and farming the land. Farming along with the plants and animals of the middle east spread to Europe and the world. So Noah did what he was told and repopulated the whole world from the eco system found in the Middle East.
