The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. i'm really hating myself right now. i wish i could fall asleep and never wake up.

I find I am a patient of bipolar disorder but with the vice symptoms of Anxiety/Panic. So i go to that forum today. maybe some of you also have multiple problems

Thanks. I often get those kinds of thoughts. They say that we have to wage a spiritual warfare every day but lately I've been very neglecting of this. I just... it sounds silly to say that demons whisper lies to me, right? But everyone says that they do it all the time.
And I'm pretty sure that a reason for my anxiety is the fact that I believed in a lie about God but I don't know which. I think I totally lost the sense of spiritual warfare. Anyway, forget my silly talk.

I pray that the Lord helps everyone. I had a spiritually rough day myself. It's not easy to fight the fight of faith, but the glory goes to the Lord and my heart is in place. God will deliver us out of any tribulation as people who love Him, not the world. May God bless and keep everyone!

Feel horrible right now. Still can't get into a good sleep pattern where I'm sleeping through the whole night. Always wake up around 2 am and stay awake. This morning I actually got back into sleep mode, but only around 5am and I have to be up at 6am, barely got out of bed.
I had a HORRIFYING dream of my Dad dieing from his alcoholism and my Mom messed up the whole house (I saw dead dogs in the house-- they don't even own dogs!) and I was YELLING at her and how upset I was that she did this to the house and that she wasn't trying to get Dad help.
Today was my busiest teaching day-- I teach or have a meeting seven out of eight periods and also I had to work during my lunch period. Had my roughest grade-- some of those children have no discipline what so ever-- I really try to love them too. Some how found enough energy to be happy and do well with teaching my last period class. But after that I just sunk low emotionally-- stayed late and just in a really bad/sad/upset/frustrated mood.
Don't know why. I think that dream just bothered me so very much that any little thing has set me off today.
