wow just twist my words to your liking, 1. the article says these things would take place in THE FALLLLLLLLLL, its not thriving or at its peak, it will in THE FALL, like every year with the flu.

Not the point. The point is because it is still managing to create a similar infection rate now, it is not any kind of seasonal flu. Describing it as such is a total misnomer.

I don't need to manipulate your words to do that - but that aside, you're passing up the obvious fact in favour of misinterpreting a mural purely so you can jump to the conclusion that this virus is a shady government plot. It's not so direct as the OP, but it's the same principle.

By all means keep living in the dream world of there could never be a threat by those more wealthy/powerful against you.

Well, since you asked, the mere presence of these images doesn't automatically mean someone is trying to kill them all or wipe them out. It could be an image designed to empathise with the two major western religions, or to give them a warning about some of their actions - which would tie in more with the author's stated interpretation of his work.

Just presenting these images doesn't mean we should instantly leap to the worst possible conclusion and interpret it the way the conspiracy theorists here are. Yes, they could well have been inserted for shock value also, but that still doesn't mean that its existence means there's a global conspiracy.

This is of course before taking into account that the evil conspiracy message has been inserted into ART, which is inherently SUBJECTIVE.

Although, now that you mention it, there are artworks all over the world representing a dead Jewish man and there is a cross present. Conspiracy?

I said, it's not so direct as the OP - you're just taking this mural, and doing what you seem to with every article I've seen posted here, which is imply innuendo left right and centre, and come up with extreme conclusions. That whole attitude is being reinforced by how you view this innocuous mural, and that is what allows you to assume that swine flu MUST BE BAD, disregarding any more moderate conclusions.

Yeah, there's overlap. But I see a verse that essentially says "When you talk about the end of the world and God coming from the sky to smite the evil ones, FUNNILY ENOUGH, some people might not believe you."

Yeah, sure, on this board? If you're going to quote verses at me repeatedly, at least have the guts to be upfront about why.

But I'm curious, what do people who fire those verses off at other people really expect to happen? "Ooh, you think I'm scoffing at you, therefore I must be an antiChrist! I shall immediately renounce my liberal political allegiance and believe every conspiracy theory under the sun, because that's what a True Christian (tm) would do!" - rather than do the natural thing and request objective evidence instead.

I think these verses are stated more for self-reassurance than anything else.
