  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My mother was a superb Artist & people, in the know, offered her $1,000's.
Unfortunately, she never accepted, as she claimed she was not perfect oi vey!

She'd paint a basket of fruit, so dripping with juice,
you wanted to take a bite out of it, as you knew it was REAL
&
She'd paint a portrait of a person who you wanted to HUG,
because she had the talent to make eyes come to LIFE...

(me, otoh, I'm lucky if I draw a stick-figure ; &
she'd roll her eyes, & make fun, saying "you're hopeless! ))

1. clean apartment
2. pick up kids for weekend
3. Grocery shop
4. Pick up two large pizzas for dinner
5. Take everyone to Rita's for dessert

show an apt on the 3rd floor to a possible tenant....go to da inner harbor ....n\ pick up my check...possibly shopping......gettin groceries....visit da Baskin Robins i recently discovered near here, n' celebrate bein off work today
