All time favorites?

Like the original Jumpman on the C64
or Karateka from Jordan Mechner
or Pitfall! from David Crane on the Atari2600
or 1942 and Phoenix, the good ole Arcade games?

Or more recent ones like my 2004 most played game "18 Wheels of Steel"

Least favorite:
Any game that still uses the worn out idea of
"three things in a row, click on it, they vanish"
IEEEGH! Seen enough of that!
And the Puzzle Bobble versions of this idea are still the
best implementation IMAO.

hmm.......well my all time favorite game would be Star Ocean 2. Recently it's probably SOCOM II as well MJS. (however...come november 2nd, that will change to Killzone )

For least favorite game, i'd have to say.........battle hunter for PS. I was totally lost by it's battle system and I got bored real fast.

Summoner- Ugh, a waste of money

Smackdown- Really, this(even when it came out) was the worst game, no story in season or good create a character

Suikoden 3- rare, worth alot, and utterly useless game

All Time Favorite: Phantasy Star II - this game will always have a special place in my heart

"Current" Favorite: Katamari Damacy - reminds me that games should just be fun

All Time Least Favorite: Golden Eye - wasn't a big fan of FPS at the time, I preferred the PC type (and now Xbox type) FPS controls, and I almost went blind trying to figure out what was going on in the four player split screen mode

"Current" Least Favorite: Eye Toy Groove - could have been fun but poorly implemented and terrible song selection

Any rpg's where you take turns attacking eachother. Those are so dumb

I don't actually play many dumb games, because I like to research them, play demos, etceras before I purchase them.

By the way, what's wrong with the PC ver. of Halo? My friend says it's because most people don't have good enough vid cards to run it well. I think it's better, because 1) You get to look around with the mouse, which means you have a faster response time, and 2) You can play online all you want without having to worry about money (unless your parents make you pay for your internet service)

The video card and system specs are not a problem, the game runs smoothly on my system. The problem lies with the game being the same, run-of-the-mill shooter with nothing more than pretty graphics to sell it.

Favorite: The Mechcommander/Mech Warrior series, though I like a lot of other games.

Least favorite: probably Sacred. There were a lot of incredibly frustrating and annoying glitches when I played it.
