You actually log off to go to bed...but then you go to the bathroom to brush your teeth or whatever you do before bedtime...then when you have to walk past the computer on your way to the bedroom, you hop onto CF to see what has happened since you left a few minutes ago before you can rest easy and end up checkin' things out for an hour
