I created this little paper thing that I kept in my bible that helps a lot.
I hope it can help you in your dire sorrowful times.
I read this as I was suffering a big crisis and it brought me right back up!

It takes guts to go this long while!
You have gone long, but go no longer if impatience is upon you (pray).
It would be best for those you care for.
Stay free and faithful, God is by your side,
Declare yourself one with God and obey the commandments.
Pray away to the holy authority any anxious thoughts or needs.
Need not to obsess over vanity upon prayer, rather what you feel is right for you and your divine path.
