Acts 10:11-15
Then when does this happen?:
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 King James Version (KJV)
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Third time this was covered in this thread:
Three times Peter said NO WAY! When it was all over; he was still hungry. What did he do? Did he run right out and grab a Mc'Double Pork Burger Supreme? No! Peter was still trying to figure out what had just happened; when the Ruach told him that three men were looking for him.
This passage has nothing to do with bacon; and even if it did; Peter said NO!
ultimately it saddens me to think because I enjoy eating meat and bacon, but if there's no death, it doesn't sound like there will be such food only food mentioned is fruit.
I'd rather have bacon than fruit.
Maybe God will be gracious and make a concession where we can have trees that grow bacon.
Maybe God will make a concession for me and have some areas where you can still have night because while I love the peace and tranquility of night time and love being able to see billions and trillions of miles away into the stars and think the vastness proclaims God's glory, enough first century people were scared of the dark that God promised them no night.
Maybe God will make a concession for me and have large enough bodies of water that they can behave like the sea shore, and have coral reefs to swim in, because I love the sound of the waves on the shore and think the beauty of the sea proclaims God's glory more than stupid streets of gold and walls of jasper and wealthy looking stones. But enough first century people were scared of the water that God promised them no seas.
Anyone else think the descriptions of Heaven sound like there's nothing there that they'd like except God and no sin?
Gold, jewels, riches, are all meaningless to me.
Acts 10:11-15
Sorry didn't see it mixed in, but you asked where the law forbidding eating Pork was done away with and that's where.
Lets let Peter explain himself what the vision meant as what was told to him went against the word of GOD.
17 Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,
28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Yes. Traditionalist and Orthodox Jews (Jews who adhere to both Torah and Talmudic Law) are not supposed to touch or interact with Gentiles. Coming into contact with a Gentile is as unclean as coming into contact with urine or feces.

Why did Peter in Acts10:28 say that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation?
According to the Jewish law it is unlawful for a Jewish man to enter the house or eat with an uncircumcised man or family. Peter was very well aware of this law and hence said that, "it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation.
Wouldn't that have to take place before this?:
1 Corinthians 15 (CLV)
23 Yet each in his own class: the Firstfruit, Christ; thereupon those who are Christ's in His presence;" 24 thereafter the consummation, whenever He may be giving up the kingdom to His God and Father, whenever He should be nullifying all sovereignty and all authority and power." 25 For He must be reigning until He should be placing all His enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy is being abolished: death. 27 For He subjects all under His feet. Now whenever He may be saying that all is subject, it is evident that it is outside of Him Who subjects all to Him." 28 Now, whenever all may be subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also shall be subjected to Him Who subjects all to Him, that God may be All in all.)"
Is there no 1000 year reign?
I see commentary here, not law. I'm familiar with the Talmudic law. The Talmud is commentary. I'm not interested in the traditions of men; unless they conform to the Torah. Yahshua rebuked placing the Talmud over the Torah.
That said, can you show me this law that so many speak of, but no one seems to quote?
Wow, that's some serious twisting. Are you related to Chubby Checkers? This was covered earlier on this page:

Research the History of the Jews at the time of Jesus.
However I believe Peter when it says
28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
I'll be happy by simply always being present in the Father's wonderful light.
You made the assertion. Research: Burden of Proof
Again, I'm familiar with the Talmudic law. Can you show me this prohibition in the Torah?
Eating plants kills animals too, you know. Ever combine wheat? Lots of critters dye in farming equipment. And that isn't even counting all the habitat loss.
9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. 13 Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”
14 “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”
15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”
It seems like you want to disagree with God and agree with Peter's initial reaction. You are calling unclean what God has said is clean.
15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”
Hark, the Word of God in acts 10 says that
28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
