Traditional and Progressive Adventists are one and the same in the sight of God, sinners that need salvation and given understanding so that they too may see Jesus.
Both are on the path to God, just at different points, but the result at the end will be the same. Traditionalist ride the "Adventist Church Bus"(or accept the Adventists beliefs in their hearts as outlined by the church) while Progressives ride their "Personal Adventist Cars" (accept the Adventists beliefs as that they decide are 'proveable' to their thinking mind). But the path is smooth and easy only at the beginning and as they journey it will get more difficult and eventually too narrow for the "Adventist Church Bus" or the "Personal Adventist Cars" to get through. At that point the "Adventist Church Bus" will not be able to carry the members any further and they will have to make the decision to walk as individuals on the path to complete the journey while members in their "Personal Adventist Cars" will have to get out and walk. Those who do not choose to continue on the path will not make the journey. Everyone of us, like Abraham, must trust God and choose individually to love and follow Gods guidance on our spiritual path as the church cannot save you and mans "wisdom" cannot save you. Only those who fully put themselves in God's hands will be able to reach the end of the journey, those who depend on the church or themselves will fail and never make it.
Put your hearts and your minds in God's hands, present yourselves to God in absolute faith and let go of self, and let God lead and take us the final steps on the path as we cannot make it on our own or on the bus...
