No need I know what I believe and do not need websites stating false information. I would rather discuss and share scripture as to what and why I believe the way I do from Gods' Word. It seems no one wants to discuss scripture with me here. You can find it in other sources, if you like. For example wikipedia.
Your personal belief about history is irrelevant. No need I know what I believe and do not need websites stating false information.
Keep it to your many threads.I would rather discuss and share scripture as to what and why I believe the way I do from Gods' Word. It seems no one wants to discuss scripture with me here.
The misinformation is what you guys are doing by trying to draw parallels with what SDA's believe with other religions like JW/LDS when our beliefs have nothing at all in common and not wanting to discuss scripture as to what we believeWhat is the misinformation? You personally have like thousand threads here on CC discussiong your SDA theology, so I see no need to do it here, too.
SDA and JW have the same origin in the same failed movement. Its not misinformation. The misinformation is trying what you guys are doing trying to draw parallels with what SDA's believe with other religions like JW/LDS when our beliefs have nothing at all in common and not wanting to discuss scripture as to what we believe
I can understand why you do not want to discuss scripture with me but none of us here should be worried about testing what we believe through the Word of God as it is only in God's Word that we can know if what we believe is true or not true. Don't forget the religious teachers in the days of Jesus called Jesus of the devil and His followers a cult. Why do you think it would be any different today?Your personal belief about history is irrelevant.
Keep it to your many threads.
No your trying to draw parallels with a false religion we do not believe in. Let's discuss scripture.SDA and JW have the same origin in the same failed movement. Its not misinformation.
The point of this thread is to find out why are SDA so obsessed with the sabbath. Not to argue with them about it to no end.I can understand why you do not want to discuss scripture with me but none of us here should be worried about testing what we believe through the Word of God as it is only in God's Word that we can know if what we believe is true or not true. Don't forget the religious teachers in the days of Jesus called Jesus of the devil and His followers a cult. Why do you think it would be any different today?
Being obsessed is misrepresenting what we believe. Let's talk scripture rather than make false accusations. What do you think sin is according to the scriptures? The point of this thread is to find out why are SDA so obsessed with the sabbath. Not to argue with them about it to no end.
SDA and JW have the same origin in the same failed movement. No discussion about Bible will change it.No your trying to draw parallels with a false religion we do not believe in. Let's discuss scripture.
Your desperate try to change the topic is quite obvious. Then let's talk scripture rather than make false accusations. What do you think sin is according to the scriptures?
There you go again trying to draw parallels with what we believe is a false religion we do not believe in. Let's discuss scripture. So does that mean you don't want to discuss scripture?SDA and JW have the same origin in the same failed movement. No discussion about Bible will change it.
Well it is quite obvious you do not want to discuss scripture in regards to what we believe is there a reason for that? Should we not always be ready to give a reason for the hope that is in us?Your desperate try to change the topic is quite obvious.
You personally have discussed your SDA theology in hundreds of threads here on CC over and over. Do you have anything new to say? If not, anybody who is interested can look for your threads, no need to repeat it here.Well it is quite obvious you do not want to discuss scripture in regards to what we believe is there a reason for that? Should we not always be ready to give a reason for the hope that is in us?
Because the question to this thread can be simply and easily answered as to what we believe in regards to the Sabbath with scripture. Yet I know that the man-made teachings and tradition of many that teach that "the Lords day" is Sunday or the first day of the week is not supported in the scriptures. This is just the same as there is no scripture anywhere that teaches that Gods 4th commandment of the 10 commandments that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken (Romans 3:20; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4) has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a holy day of rest in honor of the resurrection. What I have shared here in CF is my own personal prayerful study of Gods' Word not anyone's theology. You should know this if you read my Avatars name. I LoveGodsWord (excuse the pun) and it is only God's Word that I share because it is only in God's Word that we can all find Jesus and know the way that is dark and narrow. It is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. If our light goes out how can we find the way when the road is dark and narrow? It seems for many it is true that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. Let's not be like these people but those who believe and do the truth of Gods' Word who come to the light that our deeds might be made manifest if they are wrought in God or not. It is Gods' Word that shows us if we are in the light or sitting in darkness. Everyone wins by coming into the light of God's Word for Jesus is that light to all those who sit in darkness who have lost their way when the road is dark and narrow. We all sit in darkness without God's Spirit to be our guide and teacher as we seek Him and find Him who loves us through His Word. You personally have discussed your SDA theology in hundreds of threads here on CC over and over. Do you have anything new to say?
No problem I have read a lot of it and know what I believe. Go look for the owner of the website. Bet you can't find it. It looks like someone's blog site.
Of course it is not proof to you. Did you find who wrote this website blog? - nope. Do you want to ask me what I believe from the scriptures in regards to the Sabbath and the question to the OP? - Nope. That's not proof.
I am just someone that wants to discuss scripture because at the end of the day only Gods' Word is true and we should believe and follow it. The website you point to is a blog who speaks in the third person about SDA's as "they" not "we" there is no identification to who this blogger is and there is a lot of things written on the website that we do not believe. Who am I? I am someone that lovesGodsWord but cannot find anyone here that wants to discuss it with me or ask me what I believe in regards to Gods' 4th commandment which is the question of this OP.And you are who? Why you are more trustworthy about SDA than the website?
This is the official SDA website. What do Seventh Day Adventists Really Believe? - Adventist.orgAnd you are who? Why you are more trustworthy about SDA than the website?
Goodnight sis it is late my time. Seems no one wants to talk scripture here which s a bit sad really. I might pop back in latter. This is the official SDA website. What do Seventh Day Adventists Really Believe? - Adventist.org
It’s strange people would want to try to make a case to what Adventist believe by going to anti-Adventists sites when we clearly show from the Adventist site what we believe in.. Sadly people also do this when they disagree with God’s Word- try to make a case outside of scripture.
