*shudder* This raises the scary thought that you actually think anyone takes you seriously here? The only reason I even look at this section is to see you get so wound up you no longer make sense. Its a regular occurrence.
And then you claim yours is not a religion?
That is not Darwinism. That is justlookinlaism.
Why just why?
First I have ever heard of that until now
Christian atheism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Christian atheism is a theological position in which the belief in the God of Christianity is rejected or absent but the moral teachings of Jesus are followed.
Christian atheism is related to Jesuism, the Christian theological-philosophical movement named for its understanding of Jesus as a simple teacher of morals, in direct contrast to traditional Christianity, which claims that Jesus is divine.
Protestantism
In the Netherlands, 42% of the members of the Protestant Church in the Netherlands (PKN) are nontheists.[6] Furthermore, in the PKN and several other smaller denominations of the Netherlands, 1 in 6 clergy are either agnostic or atheist.[7] A minister of the PKN, Klaas Hendrikse has described God as "a word for experience, or human experience" and said that Jesus may have never existed.
Roman Catholic
Catholic atheism is a belief in which the culture, traditions, rituals, and norms of Catholicism are accepted, but the existence of God is rejected. It is illustrated in Miguel de Unamuno's novel San Manuel Bueno, Mártir (1930). According to research in 2007, only 27% of Catholics in the Netherlands considered themselves theist, while 55% were ietsist or nontheist, and 17% were agnostic...........
The vast majority of the Catholic population in the Netherlands is now largely irreligious in practice.[6]...................

It's having cake, eating cake and selling cake all at the same time.
Not sure.So tell us, why is Darwinism so dangerous?
Right from the start may I suggest that the Creationism vs Evolution debate doesn't really belong in the Sciences Topic, but over in Apologetics.
Creationism parades as science, has millions convinced it does science by the rules and stands as the valid explanation of origins, substantiating the Genesis account, under the guise of substantiating the inerrancy of the Bible. But much more hinges on this.
Creationism, real science? Not so. Creationism is inherently antagonistic to science. Bear with me now, friends. Creationism has nothing to do with science. It is actually an apologetical contrivance.
Appreciate the mortifying implication of evolution being the correct account of the origin of what must be termed primordial 'life,' arising after a billion that is, 100 million years, from ionic chemical reaction brewing away for instance, in estuarine mud and clay, until the first self-replicating macro-molecules ultimately emerged, able to survive and proliferate, inevitably arising from such ever complexifying reaction and recombination over all this time. The chances of you yourself existing are rather remote. Stupifying, really.
Then under natural selection, speciation, the proliferation of species for 3.6 billion years.
Therefore, if there of course was no Garden of Eden at all, no Adam and Eve, all only the myth which the Hebrews borrowed from the Babylonians and appropriated as their own with all their fabricated genealogy descending down to their fabled Patriarchs, then What?
Well, then the Fall didn't actually happen, there was no 'sin nature' entering the species Homo sapiens. Hence the whole redemptive work wrought on the Cross of Calvary was unnecessary. The sin nature is a furfy. What the New Testament is about is another story.
And so, Ken Ham has a real niche and is doing very well promulgating creationism, purporting it to be bona fide science.
It is Christian 'apologetics,' which is actually not a word in normal usage.
Cheers, my friends. Don't forsake your intellect, that awesome endowment from natural selection upon non-random mutation over all that time.
What makes me a fundie atheist?
So tell us, why is Darwinism so dangerous?
You're dedicated to your religion of atheism.

Fundie atheists.
What is a fundie atheist?
Look in the mirror.
Colourless green ideas sleep furiously.
What makes me a fundie atheist?
You're dedicated to your religion of atheism.
Atheism isn't a religion.
If atheism is a religion then not playing golf is a sport, bald is a hair color, and not collecting stamps is a hobby.
Try again. What makes me a fundie atheist?

I wasn't aware that "being taken seriously" is equivalent to "a religion". Care to explain?
What is a fundie atheist?
There is simply no way to cipher what I said as equating being taken seriously to a religion.
Its like you skipped from step a to step z, omitting everything in between. Which is something I've seen others accuse you of.
I'm quite sure you're an intelligent guy, clearly you've learned what you've been taught. But when it comes time to apply it, you're so extreme in your thinking that you simply cannot even notice what someone else is saying. So what you come back with is not at all relevant, as in the above. These are the same symptoms of religious fundamentalists. I see the same patterns of behavior with them.
That probably made the rounds already and I apologize if I offended any Christians here, but really, lighten up a bit. You'll be healthier. Why can't you just engage a person at the level they're speaking from? Why be so silly as to insist I furnish evidence of what was spoken in a classroom? That's idiotic. Aren't you smarter than that? You must be. Not just switching that for text in a textbook, but you jump all over the place all the time. Settle down and just talk to people. Don't pretend I think I'm going to convince anybody, and if you choose to ignore reality that's your right too. That does not somehow make you superior.
