It happened in the revival of Indonesia in the sixties or something. The mother of my ex just saw arms and legs grow out as a kid in Indonesia.

I am not sure I understand the question. Many people have a lifetime of afflictions.
God does not always heal.
Not odd, those people even walked on the water. Here we have bridges and you can just get a fake leg. My mom got a new hip from the doctor. If you don't have a doctor in a remote area you need to use your faith.Odd how these things only ever seem to take place in remote areas away from means to document them.

I don't think it exists. Yahveh, Vishnu and the Krampus cannot heal amputees, all for the same reason.

Which would be in all ways inferior to having a new working one divinely attached, yet it never happens.
