None of which alters the fact that we are in Christ by faith, apart from faith's necessary works.

I literally quote a verse that shows faith is required of us for salvation, no work whatsoever and you call that works salvation.
You literally promote salvation by works, by the actions of men !

Being in Christ by Faith is different from being in Christ because of faith. By Faith means we come to know we are in Christ, we gain a knowledge of it, a spiritual knowledge. But the elect were chosen in Christ before the foundation Eph 1:4 and when we given Faith, we come to know and rest in that fact, hence by Faith we understand.

Two aspects of the same thing.

Both of those verses are contrary to being in Christ apart from faith's necessary works. Being in Christ is about being in unity with Him through expressing His nature through obeying God's law, which is why those are in Christ are obligated to walk in the same way he walked, and those who choose not to do that are not in Christ and do not have faith in the nature of who he is, which is why only doers of God's law will be justified (Romans 2:13).

Being in Christ by Faith is different from being in Christ because of faith.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Oh no! The Bible says we have to do something to be saved!

Okay, so you can quote a verse.

Still being Justified by Faith is different from being Justified because of Faith.

The same Father who commanded the Law of Moses also sent Jesus to spent his ministry teaching us how to correctly obey it, so there is no disagreement in which commandments we should follow. In John 6:38, Jesus did not come to do his own will, but that of the Father, in John 12:46-50, Jesus said that he only said what the Father commanded him to say and that his commandment is eternal life, and in John 14:24, Jesus said that his teachings were not his own, but that of the Father, so he did not teach his own set of commandments in disagreement with what the Father has taught. Jesus quoted three times from Deuteronomy to defeat the temptations of Satan, so he had it memorized and he affirmed its authority. In Deuteronomy 18:18-19, it prophesies about a prophet who would be like Moses, not one who disagreed with Moses. In John 5:45-46, Jesus said that if they believed Moses, then they would believe him because Moses wrote about him, but if they don't believe Moses, then how can they believe his words, so we can't believe in the words of Jesus without also believing in Moses, and there is no sense in appealing to what Moses said in Deuteronomy 18:18-19 as justification for opposing what Moses commanded elsewhere.

Not in the NT. . .we are in Christ and he is in us by the new birth.

Would Paul?
Sure. By Faith is different from because of faith. When one is Justified by Faith, it means Faith has revealed to them they are Justified by Christ, but justified because of faith, which isnt even stated in scripture, it means that faith, your act of believing caused God to Justify you, which relegates to works.

Maybe you've heard of another Way and another heart? Or maybe not.

Jeremiah 32:39-40 And I will give them another Way and another heart, to fear Me continually, and that for good to them and their children after them.[40] And I will make with them an Everlasting Covenant, which I will by no means turn away from them, and I will put My fear into their heart, that they may not depart from Me.(LXX, Jeremias 39)
